For the 80th birthday!!!!
Mum's golf buddy?, for one of her very good friend's 80th.
She asked me to use white and yellow for the flowers, but i didnt realize white wouldnt be possible to make(as normal butter is fairly yellow coloured.) . If anyone knows about where to get white butter, plz let me know!!

For a scandinavian kids cloth trunk show
Thought ginger cake would go well with orange flavoured butter cream icing,
However actual cake was too too dry, yet their looking is not that bad. :-) i think?or believe ??
Doing cupcakes is much harder then making a whole cake in somewhat reason, took a lot more time to finish.
Hope they enjoyed my cakes !!!!
I am wondering how could people be postive at their final result of work.
For me, it is always quite difficult to not to be sceptical of my outcome though.....

Won Waitrose cake decoration competition
4th out of 12???
I wouldn't say it was a serious competion, as it was just to market waitrose's facebook page, although it is cheerful! :-)
The prize was a whole day of waitrose cookery school course in London with a top chef, not bad? Apart from no support of acommodation and transport fees :-(

I was in a bit of a hurry making it, indubitable all butterfingered me dropped the whole gold sprinkle on the cake :-(
Yet tasted ok, looked too goldish.

Baby flory's 1st b-day party deco
I think i made at least 40cakes of vanilla, and butter cream frosting
More then 2years ago, my very first time making cupcakes, and deal with the butter cream.
Not bad!
And then actual party photo table!
I made that panel with tissue paper.
Baby's mum ordered the big cake, and made the bunting, bought roses and fruit from Costco. Lastly i helped her table to look nice!!!!
